Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing and improving inventory, reducing obsolete stock, preventing deterioration, and supporting data-driven decision-making in collaboration with planning. Description and Details of Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing and improving the overall inventory status, including raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. This role focuses on reducing obsolete and slow-moving inventory, preventing deterioration, and supporting data-driven decision-making within the supply chain team. The incumbent will closely collaborate with the planning team and ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities. * Support planning and production control tasks and responsibilities * Develop the master production schedule * Coordinate procurement, planning, and support functions (engineering, quality control, finance, and commercial teams). In-depth knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and regulatory compliance related to trade is essential to ensure continuous efficiency, achieve cost savings, and guarantee timely delivery for both domestic and international operations. Experience and Requirements * Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree * 5 years of experience (MANDATORY) * Experience conducting inventory audits and reconciliations. * ERP system management experience (Oracle recommended). **Knowledge and Skills** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail. * Ability to work in a dynamic warehouse/manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
