Job Summary: Qualmex Service Centers is seeking personnel for installation, maintenance, and support of electronic equipment, with a focus on field-based diagnostics and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance in the field 2. Diagnosing technical failures and providing direct customer service 3. As part of its expansion process, it is currently seeking talent to join its team. **Location:** Mexico City. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Gender:** Not specified **Requirements** **Age:** 20 to 45 years old **Education:** Technician, Technologist, or Engineer **Experience:** * 1 to 3 years installing and maintaining electronic equipment in the field **Technical Knowledge:** * Reading electrical diagrams and technical manuals * Basic diagnosis of electronic failures * Basic network connectivity * Use of hand tools and multimeter **Key Skills:** * Autonomy, responsibility, and punctuality * Problem-solving focus and customer orientation * Strong verbal and written communication * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities **Responsibilities:** * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance in the field * Diagnosing technical failures * Recording technical and photographic evidence in the assigned system * Completing service orders (SO) * Providing direct, technically oriented, and service-minded customer support in the field * Delivering basic operational training to end users on correct equipment usage * Coordinating with internal departments to resolve failures * Managing and safeguarding assigned tools, spare parts, and resources * Reporting incidents, technical suggestions, and service feedback **We Offer** * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Transportation assistance * Opportunity to work **overtime hours** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Do you own a vehicle? * Have you previously provided field service? * Are you available for travel?
