Your talent can inspire an entire community—we are seeking: **Objective:** Organize, coordinate, and manage the operational talent of the Media Team to enhance production timelines and deliverables for editorial products, consistently ensuring quality, meeting user needs, and delivering inspiring, high-impact stories to diverse audiences—always reflecting the University of Monterrey’s image and values, and fostering a healthy, collaborative team environment. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Define and coordinate the external communication strategy aligned with the Brand Plan, institutional objectives, and UDEM’s values. 2\. Manage and strengthen relationships with media outlets, ensuring professional, consistent, and strategic interaction. 3\. Contribute to, generate, and coordinate research and dissemination of high-impact, relevant journalistic content and institutional narratives for external audiences. 4\. Ensure appropriate media coverage of key stories that support the University’s positioning and prestige. 5\. Validate key messages and materials intended for external audiences, guaranteeing coherence, timeliness, and strategic alignment. 6\. Collaborate and coordinate with content, photography, and production teams to ensure narrative and visual consistency in external communication and the development of new editorial products. 7\. Supervise content generation, edit news articles, select photographs, and coordinate their publication on websites and platforms. 8\. Ensure proper functioning of the editorial board and identification of stories. **Essential Requirements:** Prior experience coordinating teams Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Communication, Journalism, or Marketing Experience in Photography and Digital Media Proficiency in managing external and internal media **We Offer:** Statutory benefits, meal card, and Life Insurance.
