Position Summary: We are seeking an Editorial Design Coordinator to lead the graphic design team, ensuring creative and technical excellence in visual materials and the timely delivery of design projects. Guarantee timely delivery of editorial design projects We are a leading company in the graphic arts manufacturing sector; and we are currently seeking talent for the position of ***Editorial Design Coordinator.*** ***Objective***: Lead the graphic design team, ensuring creative and technical excellence in the production of visual materials. Ensure that editorial design requests and projects are delivered on time and as specified by the client. Guarantee efficiency in task allocation according to available resources and assigned team. ***Education:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Editorial Design, or related field. * Complementary studies or experience in Photography. ***Schedule:*** \- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm ***Experience:*** * Minimum 5 years in graphic design, leading creative teams. * Editorial production and catalog assembly. (Mandatory) Knowledge: * Creative direction and editorial design (preferred) * Digital photographic retouching and aesthetic enhancement. * Graphic Arts. (Desirable) * Commercial printing and production processes. ***Tools and/or Machinery to be Used:*** * Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom). (Advanced) * Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level) ***Responsibilities:*** * Coordinate the planning, design, and development of editorial products, ensuring adherence to schedules, guidelines, and departmental quality standards. * Supervise the assignment and execution of editorial projects, ensuring operational effectiveness in catalog assembly and development. * Review layout proposals and typographic/diagrammatic criteria for various editorial projects, ensuring visual consistency and commercial functionality. * Manage and track content-related information required for each project, verifying its accurate and timely integration. * Coordinate and supervise photography production associated with catalogs, ensuring relevance, quality, and fulfillment of editorial requirements. * Ensure proper application of graphic guidelines, editorial criteria, and automated production processes within the team. * Supervise the design, assembly, and progress of catalogs, making timely decisions to prevent delays or operational deviations. * Verify and validate deliverable quality, as well as correct incorporation of adjustments and corrections requested by internal or external clients. * Identify operational risks, recurring errors, or improvement opportunities in the editorial process, proposing and implementing enhancements to strengthen departmental efficiency. * Provide technical guidance and performance follow-up for the editorial design team to ensure consistency, productivity, and quality in deliveries. * Participate in the development of internal projects and internal communication materials required by the organization. ***Skills and Requirements:*** * Leadership * Decision-making * Emotional intelligence * Teamwork and collaboration * Orientation toward internal and external customers * Results-oriented mindset * Time management and organizational skills * Ability to work under pressure and sense of urgency *Competitive Net Salary \+ Weekly Payment \+ Cafeteria Service \+ Full Statutory Benefits.* Work Location: Naucalpan de Juárez, Lázaro Cárdenas, San José de los Leones \#9\.
