Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer for Crom Agency — someone with strong visual judgment, speed, and genuine desire to grow, experienced in branding, campaigns, fashion, and digital content. Creative support across multiple simultaneous projects. We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join Crom Agency. We seek a person with strong visual judgment, fast execution capability, and genuine ambition to grow within an expanding creative agency. We work on branding, campaigns, fashion, talent, events, digital content, and brand presentations. We need someone who understands aesthetics, but also delivery timelines, organization, and professional standards. Ideal Profile: * Strong eye for clean, premium, and contemporary design * Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva Pro * Ability to quickly and tastefully execute ideas * Organized, responsible, and solution-oriented * Capable of following creative direction as well as proposing ideas * Bonus: understanding of social media, basic motion graphics, or web design Responsibilities: * Designing social media assets, campaign materials, and brand collateral * Commercial presentations and visual proposals * Branding, adaptations, and editorial materials * Graphic materials for events and activations * Visual editing of digital content * File and deliverable organization * Agile tracking of revisions and corrections * Creative support across multiple simultaneous projects * Editorial design and layout of magazines, dossiers, and digital publications * Layout and grid construction, with typographic attention * Final file preparation for print or digital distribution * Bonus: knowledge of Elementor / WordPress Work Mode: On-site in CDMX Starting Salary: $10,000–$12,000 MXN monthly, depending on experience \+ real growth opportunity.
