PROFILE WE SEEK * **Education (mandatory):** Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields (degree required). * **Minimum experience:** 2 years as a Web Editor / Digital Writer, applying SEO strategies; experience in digital media (mandatory). * **Residence:** Must reside within the metropolitan area, **no more than 1 hour from the office** (mandatory requirement). * **Work mode: 100% ON-SITE (NOT remote / NOT hybrid)** **KEY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** * Advanced proficiency in **WordPress** (content publishing and administration) * Proficiency in **MacOS** * Writing digital and print content * SEO: * Keyword research * On-page optimization * Traffic and performance analysis * Proficiency with word processors and graphic creation * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail * Editorial creativity * Working under pressure and meeting deadlines * Excellent communication and teamwork skills **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Daily writing and publishing of web articles based on trends * Development of articles for print editions * Event coverage, interviews, photography, and video production * Uploading, editing, and updating content on: * Merca2\.0 * Informa BTL * Saludiario * Administration of content on assigned websites * Transcription of interviews COMPENSATION * **Gross monthly salary: $12,000** * Productivity bonuses * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Company parking * Schedule: * Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Short Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Life insurance Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Editor: 2 years (Mandatory) * SEO: 2 years (Mandatory) * MacOS: 2 years (Mandatory) * WordPress: 2 years (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
