Manages multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines. **Junior Creative (Copy / Content)** **Overview:** * Responsible for reviewing and drafting promotional materials, ensuring consistency in tone, communication style, and brand alignment. This role is critical to strengthening the narrative and conceptual quality of deliverables. * Distinguished by meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality standards and alignment with communication objectives and brand identity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Reviews and corrects texts for grammar, spelling, and style—swiftly and accurately * Improves message clarity, fluency, and coherence within efficient timeframes * Adapts tone and voice according to target audience * Rapidly identifies inconsistencies, errors, and areas for improvement with keen attention to detail * Ensures uniformity in editorial and communication guidelines * Manages multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines **Required Profile** * High concentration capacity and attention to detail. * Excellent spelling and writing skills. * Strong interest in and habit of reading. * Creativity to develop clear ideas and messages. * Organization and adherence to delivery timelines. * Proactivity and openness to feedback. **Key Skills** * Excellent spelling and grammatical command * High level of attention to detail * Speed in writing and editing texts * Analytical and synthesis capabilities * Organization and time management efficiency **Academic Background** Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in fields such as: * Literature / Letters * Journalism * Communication * Advertising **Experience** * 2 years in similar roles * Prior experience in advertising copywriting or content creation is preferred.
