This role has a strategic–operational focus, aimed at strengthening digital presence, increasing audience engagement, and contributing to the commercial performance of the catalog through relevant, creative, and metric-driven content. **Your responsibilities as Content Manager will include:** * Design and execute the monthly social media content strategy aligned with editorial and commercial objectives. * Coordinate content development. * Identify creative trends and opportunities linked to book launches and cultural conversations. * Monitor digital conversations and analyze metrics to generate actionable proposals and strategic reports. * Schedule and supervise publications, ensuring proper execution and daily community management. * Generate real-time content during events and activations, amplifying key brand moments. **What We Offer:** * Direct employment contract with the company * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Discounts across our extensive editorial catalog * **Location**: Polanco, Masaryk, Ciudad de México **What We’re Looking For:** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields. * **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in strategic content management. * Advanced knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, Twitch). * Proficiency in content management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Metricool, Meltwater – preferred). * Experience interpreting metrics and preparing executive reports. * Ability to identify and adapt to digital trends. * Experience coordinating with creative teams and agencies. * **Knowledge**: Digital marketing, creative copywriting, basic web knowledge, English. * **Key Competencies**: Effective communication, creativity, planning, spelling, negotiation, proactivity.
