Responsibilities: As a **Maintenance Technician** at Hines, your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Conduct daily equipment checklists and perform walkthroughs to identify areas for improvement. * Maintain and operate assigned equipment. * Respond to preventive and corrective maintenance requests across corporate facilities (finishes and aesthetics, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance). * Supervise vendor work. * Complete logbook entries. Qualifications: **Minimum requirements:** * Primary, secondary, or technical vocational education. * Service-oriented attitude, teamwork, proactivity, follow-through, and attention to detail. * Flexible availability. **Shifts rotate.** Work location: Río San Joaquín, Polanco.
