Responsibilities: As a **Maintenance Technician** at Hines, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Perform daily equipment checklists, conducting walkthroughs to identify areas of opportunity. * Maintain and operate assigned equipment. * Address preventive and corrective maintenance reports in a corporate setting (Finishes and Aesthetics, Plumbing, Electrical, General Maintenance). * Supervise vendor work. * Complete logbooks. Qualifications: **Minimum required qualifications:** * Primary, secondary, or technical education. * Service-oriented attitude, teamwork, proactivity, follow-up, attention to detail. * Flexible availability. **Shifts rotate.** Work location: Río San Joaquín, Polanco; we offer benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
