Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive maintenance professional to ensure the proper functioning of a residence for high-performance young athletes, maintaining facilities in good condition and providing efficient solutions to issues. Role with autonomy and real responsibility **Maintenance Staff – Sports Residence** We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and positive-attitude maintenance professional to ensure the proper functioning of a residence for high-performance young athletes. The role’s objective is to guarantee that facilities remain in optimal condition, anticipate potential incidents, and provide prompt and efficient solutions to daily issues. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities (electrical, plumbing, and general) * Periodic inspection of rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces * Basic repairs (plumbing, electrical work, painting, light carpentry, etc.) * Incident logging and tracking * Coordination with external vendors when necessary * Support in space setup, adjustments, and adaptations * Supervision of residents’ proper use of facilities **Candidate Profile:** * Responsible, organized, and solution-oriented individual * Prior experience in general maintenance * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and repairs * Proactive attitude and ability to anticipate problems * Ability to work autonomously * Good interpersonal skills and willingness to collaborate with the team **Conditions:** * Full-time schedule * Location: Querétaro * Formal employment contract * Salary commensurate with experience **What We Offer:** * Stable and growing project * Positive work environment * Role with autonomy and real responsibility Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
