Requirements: Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in IT inventory or asset control. Basic knowledge of hardware and technological equipment. Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, reports). ERP or asset management system experience is desirable. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility. Responsibilities: Control and updating of the IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, printers, servers, switches, etc.). Recording of asset acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and custody assignments. Physical labeling and control of assets. Reconciliation between physical inventory and system records. Support during internal and external audits. Documentation management related to fixed assets. Tracking of warranties and maintenance contracts.
