Execute the full development lifecycle: design, coding, testing, and documentation of assigned components. Ensure deployment to production, guaranteeing adherence to established timelines and procedures. Maintain and ensure the availability of technological services and components within the area. Actively participate in IDA projects by reviewing requirements and allocating the necessary technical effort. **Job Challenges**: The primary challenge for the person assuming this role will be delivering high-quality technical components into the production environment, ensuring each development strictly meets requested requirements and maintains operational stability of digital lending services. **Required Educational Level**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Prior experience in backend development and deploying components in production environments. **Essential Knowledge**: Advanced proficiency in Java. Solid experience with the Spring framework. Understanding and application of API-First architecture. Technical English (reading and comprehension of documentation). **Desirable Knowledge**: Previous experience in digital banking or core banking projects. Familiarity with IDA workflows.
