Manage and safeguard operational assets without shortages Full-time Bank Teller Branch in EL SALTO., PUEBLO NUEVO BANCO AZTECA Job Objective Ensure customers receive excellent service and support while performing fast, accurate, and efficient transactions. Main Responsibilities Oversee daily cash operations to ensure service delivery to customers and users, as well as achievement of productivity targets. Optimize transaction-related costs. Safeguard cash and valuables in the safe and vault, while complying with security measures and established cash limits. Comply with and enforce regulations issued by Banco de México, BAZ’s cash policies and procedures, and the 7’s methodology. Handle valuables transportation services and reconcile discrepancies. Monitor cash limits held in custody and required for operations. Manage and safeguard all operational assets in the bunker, ensuring zero shortages. Serve customers at the counter when operational needs require. **Deliver the best in-person customer experience:** Fast, friendly, and error-free — to build long-term customer relationships. Ideal Candidate Profile One year of experience performing cashier and customer service duties. Proficiency in handling cash. Experience managing personnel. Knowledge of banking regulations. Availability to work rotating shifts. Availability to work weekends. Integrity in performing job functions.
