Job Summary: Supervises and leads the sales team, establishes strategies to increase sales, and supports the Manager in strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and supervision of the sales team for high performance 2. Development of strategies to increase sales and achieve optimal performance indicators, such as average transaction value, conversion rate, and inventory turnover 3. Support to the Store Manager in strategic decision-making and inventory management OUTLET DEPORTES is seeking: ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise and lead the sales team, ensuring excellent performance and motivation toward achieving goals. * Develop strategies to increase sales and achieve optimal sales performance indicators, such as average transaction value, conversion rate, and inventory turnover. * Apply the Friedman methodology to drive branch growth. * Conduct daily cash audits to ensure proper control over income and expenses, and safeguard cash integrity. * Be responsible for store opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with protocols and facility security. * Support the Store Manager in strategic decision-making and inventory management.
