Position Summary: This role supports safety and security operations, focusing on EHS activities, emergency preparedness, risk assessment, and health promotion within a global organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. 2. Actively participate in environmental risk assessment and management. 3. Additionally,* *in 2024 we were awarded the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, which recognizes the most engaged workplace cultures in the world.* Maintenance of communication bulletin boards in operations Verification of handling, transportation, and storage of hazardous waste Updating and tracking internal civil protection program activities Ensure inspection and maintenance of emergency equipment Support fire risk assessment Participate in evaluation and updating of environmental aspects and impacts, as well as workplace hazards and risks Participate in new product launches and transitions by applying the corresponding assessment Ensure chemical substance control per procedure Ensure implementation of the annual CSH plan activities Ensure compliance with the procedure for proper use of forklifts Organize health, environment, and safety promotion campaigns Release and maintain updated machinery and equipment risk analysis Audit the LOTO application process Maintain updated risk assessment matrix for PPE assignment Maintain contractor control Ensure compliance with hazardous work procedures (electrical, hot work, confined space, working at heights) Audit food safety and hygiene practices Track incident notification processes Participate in and coordinate ergonomic assessments Verify proper operation of pressure vessels Generate purchase requisitions in the Oracle system Generate EHS activity records and reports Develop charts to visualize work performed and enable continuous improvement Provide first-aid medical care to personnel Solve problems using team-based methodologies Develop manuals and deliver training on health, safety, and environment Participate as an internal auditor of the integrated management system Manage disability records and medical care in the Tress system **We Celebrate Who We Are!** ---------------------------- Allegion is committed to building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
