We work with a wide range of clients across many industries including financial services, professional services, telecommunications and media, consumer products, automotive, industrial automation, professional sports and entertainment, life sciences, ecommerce, and education. **Senior Data Analyst** This position is ideal for an analytical, pragmatic, and execution-oriented professional who is comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing a high volume of initiatives. **Educational Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or Engineering. * Knowledge of performance management frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, input/output metrics). * Familiarity with agile working methods, innovation initiatives, and MVP-based experimentation. Experience * Proven experience in performance management, business analytics, strategic planning, or portfolio management. * Experience designing and operating data governance processes and performance monitoring. * Strong knowledge of financial data modeling. * Practical experience developing and evolving performance dashboards and reports (Excel, BI tools). * Experience designing scalable performance and prioritization processes. Skills for Success * Exceptional ability to design, document, and standardize processes. * Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, complex formulas). * Experience using SQL for data extraction, validation, and cleansing. * Strong data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio, or similar). * Ability to work with imperfect, incomplete, or inconsistent data while still generating useful insights. * Structured thinking with the ability to simplify complexity for executive audiences. * Self\-starting mindset with curiosity, autonomy, and accountability to build systems from scratch. * Strong lateral influence, resilience, and comfort operating without formal authority. * Ability to translate data into clear narratives, trade\-offs, and strategic actions. What Success Looks Like in This Role * A clear and scalable performance dashboard used by senior leadership to prioritize initiatives * A disciplined Performance and Prioritization process that connects strategy, investments, and value creation. * Reduced noise and ambiguity in performance reporting—even with numerous stakeholders and initiatives. * Reliable performance insights delivered on time—even when data is imperfect.
