**IMPORTANT ENVIRONMENTAL COMPANY IS SEEKING:** * **Payment Supervisor** **DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION:** · Age: 35 years old. · Gender: Unrestricted. · Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration. · Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in similar positions, preferably within industrial-sector companies. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Supervise the timely and accurate execution of payments to suppliers, particularly for recyclable raw materials (cardboard, PET, scrap metal, etc.). · Validate invoices and supporting documentation for payment release. · Coordinate supplier account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. · Supervise weekly and monthly payment scheduling, considering cash flow. · Support internal and external audits related to expenditures. · Enforce policies regarding advances, cash payments, and electronic transfers. · Coordinate with the procurement department to verify receipt of goods/services prior to payment. · Generate payment reports, accounts payable analysis, and aging reports. **COMPETENCIES:** · Organization and planning · Leadership and problem-solving · Effective communication · Ability to travel to various locations **WE OFFER:** * Salary: $15,000\.00 gross monthly. * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Weekly payments **JOB LOCATION:** Address: **SOUTH: IZTAPALAPA/TEXCOCO/TOLUCA** **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
