The client is a company specializing in financial services and banking solutions with a global presence. As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high\-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. Intermediate proficiency in Java Spring is required. Intermediate proficiency in Core Java is recommended. Intermediate proficiency in Custom Application Development, Software Design \& Solutions, and Software Engineering is suggested. Apply deep technical knowledge to design and implement robust software components that meet project requirements. Support team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on complex technical challenges. Collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams to align software solutions with business objectives and technical standards. Analyze and resolve technical issues proactively to maintain high\-quality deliverables and system performance.
