We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Technical Lead Job Summary The Technical Lead role requires an experienced professional with 8 to 9 years of expertise in mySQL Linux Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL. The candidate will work from the office during day shifts contributing to innovative projects that drive business success and societal impact. Responsibilities * Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices architecture to enhance system performance and reliability. * Oversee the development and maintenance of RESTful web services to ensure seamless integration with external systems. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Implement robust solutions using Core Java and Spring Boot optimizing application functionality and user experience. * Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices maintaining high standards of software quality. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues minimizing downtime and enhancing system stability. * Develop and optimize PL/SQL queries to improve database performance and data retrieval efficiency. * Manage Linux\-based server environments ensuring security availability and scalability of applications. * Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget contributing to organizational goals. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance development processes. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations safeguarding data integrity and privacy. * Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent potential issues. Qualifications * Possess strong expertise in mySQL and PL/SQL demonstrating proficiency in database management and optimization. * Have extensive experience with Linux systems showcasing ability to manage and secure server environments. * Demonstrate deep knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Core enabling efficient application development. * Exhibit proficiency in Core Java contributing to robust and scalable software solutions. * Show capability in developing REST Web Services ensuring seamless integration and communication between systems. * Experience in microservices architecture enhancing system modularity and scalability. * Nice to have familiarity with agile methodologies promoting efficient and adaptive project management.
