Ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met in projects. **CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SEEKING JUNIOR/SENIOR PROJECT DESIGNER** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (preferred) **Experience:** * 2–4 years as a project designer in construction companies, real estate developers, or architecture firms. **Position Objective** To design, develop, and update architectural, structural, and construction drawings for building projects, ensuring compliance with the company’s and local authorities’ regulatory, aesthetic, and functional guidelines. Collaborate closely with technical, management, and site teams to guarantee the technical and constructability viability of designs. **Main Responsibilities** **1\. Drawing Development:** * Prepare and update architectural, structural, MEP, finishes, and construction detail drawings. * Generate construction drawings, permit application drawings, and "as-built" drawings. * Adapt drawings according to changes requested by management, site teams, or regulations. **2\. Project Coordination:** * Coordinate with other disciplines (structural engineers, MEP engineers, surveyors) to ensure drawing consistency. * Verify proper integration of architectural drawings with engineering disciplines. **3\. Regulations and Compliance:** * Ensure projects comply with urban regulations, land-use zoning, building codes, alignment requirements, and municipal restrictions. * Prepare drawings and technical documentation required for municipal procedures (construction permits, construction declarations, land-use approvals). **4\. Site Support and Technical Supervision:** * Provide drawings and technical specifications to site supervisors. * Address field team’s technical queries and conduct site visits to verify construction adherence to design. * Participate in reviews and adjustments during construction phase. **5\. Modeling and Visualization:** * Develop digital models, sections, renders, or graphical representations for presentations to investors, clients, or authorities. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD — 100% mandatory), Revit (50%), and Microsoft Office (100%) * Basic knowledge of electrical, sanitary, and structural installations * Ability to read and interpret multidisciplinary drawings * Familiarity with local urban regulations (land-use zoning, alignment requirements, restrictions, density limits) * Basic understanding of construction methodology and building processes · \- Handling of external references and dynamic blocks · \- Issuing and reviewing architectural drawings per design options. · \- Modeling in Revit and/or SketchUp as required by project needs. · \- Basic knowledge of installations and structural systems. **Soft Skills** * Visual and spatial thinking * Attention to detail and technical precision * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliverables * Effective communication with technical, legal, and site teams * Document organization and orderliness * Willingness to learn and stay updated on regulations and technology **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–19:00 hrs** **Location: Cuajimalpa (Santa Fe Pants Building)** **Salary: $10,000–$15,000 net monthly plus statutory benefits.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 \- $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
