Use of warehouse management systems GMD **Receiving Supervisor** Experience in: warehouse management systems 1 YEAR inventory control 1 YEAR unloading operations 1 YEAR Responsibilities: 1\. Management of expired orders on the Motos Dav portal and physical return to designated locations. 2\. Generation of Excel reports for tracking verified folios with delays. 3\. Receiving and unloading vehicles in coordination with security personnel and forklift operators. 4\. Physical vs. document verification of goods to identify shortages, overages, or damages. 5\. Scanning and system entry of transfer documents and supplier invoices (Motos y Equipos, Italika, etc.). 6\. Labeling of boxes and pallets for identification of replenishment or special orders. 7\. Classification of orders under prefixes "OC" (Distribution Centers) and "EI" (Special Orders). 8\. Preparation of incident reports including codes, quantities, and photographic evidence. 9\. Control of special packaging (EMCE), ensuring component integrity and system closure. 10\. Replenishment of empty locations using surplus stock. 11\. Real-time notification of incoming goods to internal communication groups. 12\. Securing tools (skates, ladders, carts) upon completion of operations. 13\.
