A company specializing in financing new and used cars, with over 15 years of experience in the market, is seeking the following position: **Automotive Mechanic** **Position Purpose:** Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of vehicle electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring safe, efficient operation and compliance with the company's established quality standards. **Requirements:** · Technician in Automotive Mechanics, Automotive Electricity, or related field. · Minimum 2 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing automotive electrical and electronic systems. **Knowledge:** · Automotive electrical and electronic systems. · Diagnosis using automotive scan tools. · ABS braking systems, skid sensors, and safety systems. · Interpretation of electrical schematics. · Preventive and corrective maintenance. **Skills:** · Technical problem analysis and resolution. · Attention to detail. · Teamwork. · Responsibility and discipline in following procedures. · Effective communication with supervisors and coworkers. **Responsibilities:** · Inspect and diagnose automotive electrical circuits to identify faults or anomalies. · Inspect and repair automotive wiring and harnesses, ensuring proper connection and functionality. · Verify the condition and operation of vehicle lift systems, ensuring safe usage. · Identify and correct electrical faults across various vehicle systems. · Inspect, calibrate, or replace automotive sensors (e.g., skid, ABS, warning lights, etc.) based on diagnostic findings. · Analyze and evaluate the operation of automotive computers (ECUs) to detect communication errors or performance issues. **We Offer:** · Weekly salary. · Statutory and above-standard benefits (savings fund, credit union, food vouchers). · 30-day year-end bonus. · Easy access to life, auto, and home/housing insurance (long-term payroll deductions). · Schedule: Monday to Saturday, La Moderna neighborhood.
