Key Responsibilities: 1. Team management to ensure operational talent attraction and selection. 2. Monitoring of KPIs to achieve objectives and drive continuous improvement. 3. You will contribute to our organization’s success by performing the following activities: Team Management Obtain the talent attraction funnel to gather necessary information and thereby design a strategic work plan. Monitor management KPIs to ensure objective achievement. Apply alternatives based on conversion rate effectiveness. Analyze system reports to generate timely improvement initiatives.
