ALTEN Mexico is seeking a **Multibody Simulation (MBS) Engineer** motivated to grow within the fields of structural dynamics, vibrations, and modal analysis. As part of the Virtual Validation and Product Development team, this position plays a critical role in analyzing the dynamic behavior of complex mechanical components and systems, ensuring structural robustness, comfort, and reliability through advanced simulation tools. **Responsibilities:*** Perform modal analysis and frequency response function (FRF) analysis on structural components and mechanisms. * Build multibody models including rigid and flexible bodies (MBS). * Conduct post-processing of results and interpret simulation data to generate detailed technical reports. * Collaborate with design, NVH, and validation engineers to propose structural improvements. * Participate in automating simulation processes through custom script and tool development. * Support integration of advanced methodologies for virtual simulation of mechanical systems. * Stay current with specialized CAE tools and industry best practices. **Requirements** **Job Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or related disciplines. * 1–2 years of experience in structural or multibody simulation (recent graduates with relevant academic projects or internships are welcome). * Knowledge of vibration theory and mechanics of materials. * Preferred: Knowledge of diesel engine dynamics. * Ability to develop and interpret complex dynamic models. * Intermediate/advanced technical English (capable of reading documentation, writing reports, and communicating with international teams). **Required Tools and Software:*** **Altair Suite** (MotionView, HyperView, etc.) – for modeling, simulation, and visualization. * **Adams View** or equivalent platforms (FEV / Virtual Dynamics, Hypermotion). * **Simlab** – for automated modeling and advanced analysis.
