Technical, regulatory, and documentary feasibility assessment **Senior Interconnection Analyst** **About the Role** We are seeking a **Senior Interconnection Analyst** responsible for ensuring that each project (deal) reaches the interconnection team in optimal condition: **technically viable, regulatory enabled, and documentarily complete**. This role is critical within the process, serving as the **filter and enabler prior to electrical interconnection**. **Main Responsibilities** **Project Review and Enablement** * Evaluate the technical, regulatory, and documentary feasibility of each project. * Identify gaps and manage their resolution to enable interconnection. * Maintain up-to-date visibility of the status of each project in the pipeline. **Management of Procedures and Suppliers** * Manage procedures with UVIEs (electrical and solar) and UIIEs. * Manage supplier relationships (operational tracking and payments). * Coordinate required electrical projects prior to verification. * Ensure documentary compliance before transferring to the Interconnection team. **Internal Coordination** * Collaborate with Planning, Construction, and Interconnection teams. * Escalate risks or blockers promptly. * Proactively report progress. **Requirements** * 3–5 years of experience in: * Procedures with CFE * Solar energy projects * Electrical interconnection processes * Experience with UVIEs and UIIEs * Knowledge of Mexican electricity regulation and CFE regulations * Proficiency with administrative and management tools * High attention to detail and focus on regulatory compliance * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Communication and coordination skills **Education:** * Electrical Engineering, Energy, Mechatronics, or related field **Desirable:** * Specialization or diploma in renewable energy or energy regulation **What We Look for in You** * Proactivity in anticipating and resolving issues * Sense of responsibility and ownership * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement * Teamwork and effective communication Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What are your salary expectations? * Are you currently employed? * What experience do you have with interconnection processes? * What experience do you have handling procedures with CFE?
