Our cutting-edge technology solutions are designed to be user-friendly and specialized in payroll and human capital management. **GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION** Operational support and consulting for OpenHR v10 software and the CFDI e-invoicing receipt portal, delivering timely and efficient solutions. ***Customer Service*** · Address incidents arising in OpenHR and the CFDI e-invoicing receipt portal for customers. · Assist customers in resolving questions or problems: \- Issues calculating payroll. \- Software failures in Open HR. \- Handling requests (product warranties, new developments, etc.). \- Resolving connectivity between Open HR and the database. \- Clarification of tax-related issues. \- Operational support for using the CFDI e-invoicing receipt portal. · Resolve tickets. · Connect remotely via TeamViewer. **Education** Technical degree in Accounting / Technical degree in Systems. **Skills and Abilities** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Proficiency in CFDI e-invoicing receipt portal (Preferred) Proficiency in Open HR (Preferred) Crystal Reports Knowledge and use of VPN TeamViewer Basic SQL **COMPENSATION PACKAGE** \- Vacation bonus \- Savings fund \- Marriage assistance \- Newborn assistance \- Funeral expenses \- Meals Major medical expense insurance Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Mon–Fri.
