We proudly offer equal opportunities regardless of race, nationality, cultural background, gender, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or religious or political beliefs.** **What Will Be Your Mission as Warehouse Coordinator?** Ensure compliance with departmental procedures, guaranteeing timely customer service, minimizing inventory discrepancies, and properly safeguarding company assets stored in the warehouse. **Your main responsibilities will focus on:** * Verifying equipment sent to the warehouse by gaming halls. * Recording incoming and outgoing inventory items in the relevant systems. * Identifying and tracking inventory discrepancies, requesting updates when necessary. * Managing procurement of IGT spare parts. * Ensuring supply of packaging materials. * Administering the Controlled Assets system. **What Do You Need to Be Our Ideal Candidate?** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related fields. **Experience:** * 2–3 years in similar positions. **Knowledge:** * Inventory management (4 years). * ERP systems (4 years). * Personnel management (3 years). * Microsoft Office. * SAP (preferred). **Work Location:** Hipódromo de las Américas. **We are a company committed to workforce diversity as a driver of change.
