JUNIOR HYDRAULIC AND SANITARY ENGINEER (CAD DRAFTSPERSON AND DESIGNER)

**Location:** Southern part of Mexico City **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. **Starting Salary:** $10,000.00 to $15,000.00 MXN per month, tax-free, depending on qualifications. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Mechanical or Civil Engineer, degree holder (preferred). * **Gender:** No preference. * **English:** Technical level (minimum required). **Mandatory Experience:** * 1 year developing CAD drawings for (residential projects): \- Hydraulic installations. \- Sanitary installations. \- Fire protection systems. \- Gas installations. * 70% of professional experience must be office-based, as this position is not for fieldwork but for office-based project development. **Knowledge Required:** * Intermediate-to-advanced AutoCAD skills, including dynamic blocks, external references, scaling, layout management, and print quality settings. * Familiarity with local regulations such as IMSS standards and complementary technical norms. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation of engineering drawings: \- Hydraulic systems (cold water and domestic water supply). \- Sanitary systems (downspouts and branch piping). \- Stormwater drainage (downspouts and collectors). \- Fire protection systems (hydrant networks). \- Gas systems (low-pressure distribution networks). * Preparation of construction details. * Preparation of installation component catalogs for the aforementioned systems. **Software:** * AutoCAD 2D. * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Professional growth opportunities.
