At Atria, we are looking for a **Junior Backend Developer** with a problem-solving mindset, a strong desire to learn quickly, and the ability to contribute to both development and incident support. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Development:** Build new Python capabilities under the mentorship of experienced developers. * **Support:** Review, prioritize, and resolve medium-complexity technical incidents. * **Documentation:** Record operational learnings to prevent recurring issues. * **Growth:** Achieve operational autonomy within the first 6 months. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (completed). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in real production projects using Python (not just coursework). * **Tech Stack:** Django, Flask, or FastAPI; MySQL or PostgreSQL (queries and indexes); Git and Linux. * **Languages:** Intermediate English. * **Profile:** Proactive individuals with attention to detail and critical analytical skills. **We Offer:** * **Salary:** $20,000 MXN gross monthly, with a career development plan. * **Benefits:** 30-day year-end bonus, 15 vacation days, $1,500 MXN in food vouchers, and health benefits. * **Work Model:** Hybrid (in-office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays).
