**WE ARE SEEKING A DIESEL WORKSHOP MANAGER FOR SEMI-TRAILER TRANSPORT** *We are located in the Industrial City of Torreón, Coahuila.* **Job Objective** Ensure workshop operational efficiency by reducing vehicle dwell time and guaranteeing prompt response to roadside assistance. **Requirements and Experience** * Minimum **2 years of experience** as **Diesel Workshop Manager, Supervisor, or Team Lead**. * Personnel management and supervision of both operational and administrative staff. * Monitoring and analysis of **KPIs**. * Strong **teamwork** and effective leadership skills. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and **ERP systems**. * Preparation of technical and administrative reports. * Fault diagnosis and repair tracking. **Essential Technical Knowledge** * **CUMMINS engines (ISX, X15\)** * **Eaton Fuller 18-speed transmissions** * **Suspension and cooling systems** * **INSITE diagnostic software** **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of semi-trailer units. * Assign tasks and monitor workshop personnel performance. * Ensure vehicle availability and reliability. * Manage spare parts, tools, and workshop resources. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Respond to roadside assistance calls and coordinate immediate solutions. * Lead and manage assigned personnel. * Monitor and follow up on units serviced at external workshops.
