Opportunity for professional growth Industrial Sales Executive – Valves and Instrumentation Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco Work Mode: Hybrid / In-person Position Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000 monthly net \+ commissions and bonuses Job Description: An industrial-sector company is looking for an Industrial Sales Executive with experience in valves and instrumentation, focused on serving, developing, and expanding industrial customers in Guadalajara and the western region of the country. Responsibilities: * Prospect and develop new industrial customers. * Serve and follow up with existing customer portfolio. * Provide technical-commercial advisory on valves, instrumentation, and industrial process solutions. * Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals. * Achieve monthly sales targets. * Visit plants to assess technical requirements. * Follow up on orders, deliveries, and after-sales service. * Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, logistics, and procurement). * Record and track opportunities in CRM. Requirements: * Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Chemical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial sales (valves and instrumentation preferred). * Knowledge of industrial processes and equipment. * Skills in prospecting, negotiation, and closing sales. * Excellent communication skills and results orientation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver’s license.
