This position plays a key role in ensuring product integrity and functionality, as well as associate safety. **Required Experience and KnowledgeExperience** * Desired experience in the **harness industry** as an Inspector or Auditor. * Completion of ECI’s **QRQS Class A program** (desirable)\- The Quality Auditor must ensure proper compliance with the following systems and processes: * Non-conforming product control. * Machinery and equipment release. * Product release. * FTQ system. * ANDON system. * 5S level. * Scrap control system. **Key Responsibilities** * Participation in Quality Circle meetings. * Ensuring QRQS station coverage. * 5S audits in assigned areas. * Delivery of first-piece reports and labels at shift start. * Review of LVP&E (Process and Equipment Verification Checklist). * First-piece release audit against drawings and specifications (CMS/documents). * Retesting test and error devices on panels, machinery, and equipment per LVP&E schedule. * Conduct Layer 1 Audit. * Provide support to production areas. * Completion of metric reports (Cube Report). * Review of Customer Complaint List and containment actions. * Product audit (appearance, AQL sampling). * Verification of QRQS Inspector’s standard work. * Follow-up and support during shift close-out in zones with pending material release. * Formal shift handover. * Additional tasks assigned by supervisor or team lead. **Knowledge** * Basic use of measuring tools: tape measure, micrometer, vernier caliper, drawing interpretation. * Knowledge of measurement units: **Imperial / Metric**. * Basic Office software knowledge.
