Challenging work in industrial automation and control **Industrial Programmer** We seek a candidate with a positive attitude, self-motivation, enthusiasm for professional growth and learning, strong personal principles and values, good computer skills, proficiency in email usage, and excellent command of Microsoft Office suite. **Responsibilities and Duties** · Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system issues, identifying appropriate solutions. · Follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams. · Provide enterprise-level assistance to customers. · Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems. · Assist users with application and program installation. · In more complex cases, communicate with customers by telephone or provide clear written instructions. **Required Specific Knowledge:** · Advanced MATLAB programmer for application development, PLCs, and industrial networks, · Control and automation, and data analysis. · PLC and HMI programming knowledge (Allen Bradley) · Knowledge of control, automation, and pneumatics · Electrical knowledge · Ability to read electrical diagrams · Knowledge of variable frequency drives (VFDs) and PLCs · Rockwell Automation software · AutoCAD · Microsoft Excel · Preferably experience with Allen Bradley and/or Siemens systems. · English proficiency is mandatory: 60% reading, 30% speaking, 30% writing · Skills in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, leadership and project development, PLC installation, industrial electrical equipment installation, PanelView, among others. **Skills:** · Supervise compliance with internal work regulations and industrial safety standards. Interact daily with customers to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field. **Requirements:** **Education:** Graduate in Engineering **Fields of Study:** Control and Automation, Robotics Engineering, or related disciplines. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years (mandatory). **Age:** 27–39 years **Gender:** Unrestricted Travel availability is mandatory Excellent project management skills.
