Purpose of the Position We are seeking an **on-site Dental CAD/CAM Technician**, highly meticulous and reliable, to work within our **in-house laboratory**. You will be responsible for fabricating, adjusting, and perfecting dental restorations with **millimeter-level precision**, collaborating directly with the clinical team and elevating the quality of every digital case. Responsibilities * Scanning, designing, and milling restorations using **CAD/CAM** systems (CEREC, Exocad, 3Shape, or others). * Adjusting, finishing, and polishing **crowns, veneers, inlays, and prostheses**. * Direct collaboration with dentists for real-time adjustments. * Maintenance and calibration of equipment and milling machines. * Material control, inventory management, and adherence to laboratory protocols. * Compliance with standards for **aesthetics, precision, and delivery timelines**. Requirements * Dental Technician / Dental Prosthetist or related degree. * Experience in a **CAD/CAM laboratory** (minimum 2 years preferred). * Proficiency in dental design software (**Exocad, CEREC, etc.**). * High level of attention to detail, aesthetic judgment, and technical precision. * Responsible, organized, and quality-focused profile. * Availability to work **100% on-site (Mitikah)**.
