Requirements: * Education: Degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field. * Experience: 5 years of preventive and corrective maintenance experience with HVAC systems in offices and data centers. Responsibilities: * Plan and assign tasks to the technical maintenance team. * Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment. * Verify compliance with standards and regulations (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001\). * Monitor maintenance reports, incidents, and equipment performance. * Coordinate availability of spare parts, tools, and necessary resources. * And others.
