Completed high school education Age 25 years or older Experience managing staff in industries such as (Gas Stations, Fast Food, Convenience Stores, Pharmacies). Experience in cash handling and control. Adherence to workplace safety and hygiene policies. Work schedule: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Availability to rotate shifts (morning and afternoon) Strong verbal communication skills Customer-oriented attitude Punctuality and attendance reliability Basic Microsoft Office proficiency Responsibilities: Manage floor staff operations during assigned shifts to ensure high site performance; record attendance; monitor break periods; enforce adherence to scheduled working hours and assigned duties, among others.
