This role encompasses data collection, preparation, and modeling; dashboard and report development; KPI definition and monitoring; routine automation; and assurance of data quality, governance, and security—in close collaboration with business units. **Key Responsibilities** Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and automated Excel reports. Structure, review, and model data, ensuring integrity, consistency, and traceability. Create, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and transformation, ensuring performance and adherence to best practices. Define, implement, and monitor KPIs and performance metrics jointly with business units. Automate data collection, processing, and reporting routines to drive efficiency and scalability. Conduct exploratory analysis and descriptive statistical analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and deviations. Develop recommendations and data narratives—data storytelling—to support decision-making. Apply data governance, security, and quality practices—including controls, validations, and standardization. Document queries, models, data dictionaries, business rules, and update routines. Gather requirements from stakeholders, translating business needs into analytical solutions. Support Business Analytics specialists and leadership with ad hoc analyses and indicator tracking. Contribute to continuous improvement of BI/Analytics processes, tools, and standards. **Requirements and Experience** * Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), or related fields. * Completed undergraduate degree in Statistics, Economics, Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines. * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in Data, Analytics, BI, or related fields will be considered a plus. * Power BI: dashboard, report, and visualization development and maintenance. * Advanced Excel: Power Query, pivot tables, and formulas; VBA will be considered a plus. * Data modeling and creation of measures/metrics using DAX. * SQL: data extraction, manipulation, and query optimization—including joins, CTEs, and performance tuning. * ETL/ELT and data integration from multiple sources. * Data governance and quality: standardization, validations, and version/control of definitions. * Analytical reasoning to interpret data, identify root causes, and propose actions. * Communication skills and ability to translate analyses into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences. Desirable / Preferred Qualifications * Power Automate for workflow automation and integrations. * Experience with cloud platforms—AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform—applied to data/BI. * Experience with Neogrid or similar retail/CPG intelligence/planning tools, where applicable to the business. * English proficiency for professional reading and communication.
