If you have experience in electrical installations and wish to join a strong team offering growth opportunities, this position is for you. **General Requirements** **Education** * Completed secondary school (mandatory). * Preferred: Technical degree in Electricity, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. * Courses or certifications in electrical installations, industrial safety, or work at heights are valued. **Experience** * 1–3 years in electrical installation or maintenance. * Proficiency with multimeter, clamp meter, and basic fault diagnosis. * Ability to read blueprints and single-line diagrams. * Preferred experience with switchboards, motors, variable frequency drives, lighting, or industrial installations. **Operational Conditions** * Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate physical effort. * Willingness to work at heights, in confined spaces, or industrial environments. * Availability for travel, shift work, on-call duties, or emergency response. * Valid Class A driver’s license (mandatory). **Required Technical Knowledge** * Low- and medium-voltage electrical installations. * Interpretation of electrical symbols and diagrams. * Safe handling of hand and power tools. * Safety protocols, lockout/tagout (LOTO). * NOM-001-SEDE and NOM-029-STPS regulations. * Grounding systems and protective devices. **Competencies** * Attention to detail and safety orientation. * Field-based problem solving. * Teamwork with maintenance and operations personnel. * Clear communication and proper activity documentation. * Orderliness, discipline, and accountability. **Job Responsibilities** * Execute electrical installations per drawings and specifications. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment. * Diagnose faults and propose safe, efficient solutions. * Document activities and report risks or deviations. * Comply with safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage. **We Offer** * Monthly salary: **$12,000** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Savings fund and savings account * 50% vacation bonus * Performance bonus * Major medical expense insurance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
