Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to manage strategic accounts and close high-value projects in the large-format printing industry. Key Highlights: 1. Compugrafic, a company with over 20 years of experience in large-format printing, signage, exhibition stands, POP displays, and visual communication in Guadalajara, is looking for a **Senior Sales Executive** with consultative sales expertise, commercial leadership skills, and the ability to manage strategic accounts—including developers, architecture firms, corporate clients, and retail businesses. We seek a professional who can translate technical requirements into robust commercial proposals, close high-value projects, and represent our established brand with professionalism. Responsibilities * Prospecting and closing strategic B2B accounts. * Managing the full consultative sales cycle: needs assessment, quotation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales support. * Preparing technical and economic proposals in coordination with production. * Client visits, site inspections, and executive presentations. * Achieving monthly sales and profitability targets. * Leadership and mentoring of junior sales teams (as applicable). Requirements * Minimum **5 years** of proven B2B consultative sales experience. * Demonstrable experience in graphic arts, signage, architecture, construction, or related industries (preferred). * Completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field. * Intermediate Excel and CRM proficiency. * Strong negotiation, executive communication, and leadership skills. * Availability for on-site visits and in-person meetings within the Guadalajara metropolitan area. Desirable Knowledge Materials and manufacturing processes (Alucobond, vinyl, acrylic, sheet metal, canvas), laser cutting, thermoforming, UV printing, architectural blueprint reading, and project cost estimation.
