We require: **Infrastructure Assistant** **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree * Experience in IT infrastructure maintenance * Equipment installation and cabling * Knowledge of Microsoft Azure * Inventory and resource management (materials and/or infrastructure equipment)  * Basic knowledge of safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Update and register IT assets in the asset management system to ensure information completeness, accuracy, and reflection of the current status of equipment and software within the organization. * Document and resolve incidents and/or user-reported requests. * Advise and support users on the proper use of technological tools to ensure understanding of functionalities and maximize productivity, resolving questions and issues related to their use. **We Offer:** Statutory benefits * 100% IMSS contribution * 25% vacation bonus * 12 vacation days * 15-day Christmas bonus * Profit-sharing * Direct employment contract Employment type: Full-time Salary: $3,700\.00 per week Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment
