Work across multiple projects with strong product instincts **About the Role** I'm a solo founder running an ecosystem of companies, and I build fast with AI tools like Claude Code. I'm good at going zero\-to\-eighty on a project — architecture, features, the interesting problems. I'm less good at the last twenty percent: the edge cases, the polish, the "is this actually ready for real users" pass that turns a working prototype into a shipped product. That's where you come in. Your job is to take projects from 80% to 100% and out the door. This is not a ticket\-closing role. You'll own finishing. That means catching what I missed, knowing what "done" actually looks like, and having the judgment to drive projects across the line without me hand\-holding every decision. **What You'll Actually Do** * Pick up in\-flight projects I've built most of the way and finish them — auth edge cases, empty states, error handling, mobile polish, performance, the stuff that separates a demo from a product * QA entire codebases and user flows end\-to\-end, not just the happy path. Find what's broken, what's missing, what's half\-built, what a real user would hit on day one * Use AI tools (Claude Code primarily) as a force multiplier to move fast — but with the judgment to know when the AI is wrong, when to override it, and when to write it yourself * Own the "definition of done" for each project. I'll tell you the goal; you tell me what's actually required to ship it * Work across multiple projects in the portfolio and new ventures as they spin up. **Stack** * Next.js, React, TypeScript * PostgreSQL / Neon * Python (for data work, scripts, backend services) * Supabase, Drizzle, Tailwind come up frequently * Comfortable in whatever tooling the project already uses **What I'm Looking For** * **3–5\+ years** shipping production full\-stack applications * **Strong product instincts.** You can look at a half\-built feature and immediately see the five things a user will try that will break it * **Fluency with AI\-assisted development.** You use Claude Code, Cursor, or similar daily and know how to prompt, steer, and verify. You treat AI as a tool, not a crutch * **Bias toward shipping.** You'd rather close out three projects this month than make one "perfect" * **Excellent written English** and strong async communication. Most of our collaboration is written * **Self\-directed.** I won't be writing tickets for you. You'll read the repo, talk to me for 15 minutes, and come back with a plan * **LATAM\-based** with 4\+ hours of daily overlap with US business hours (Phoenix / Mountain Time) **Bonus Points** * Experience as a solo developer or in a very small team — you've owned whole projects end\-to\-end * Background in one of: fintech, data pipelines, real estate tech, consumer SaaS * You've worked alongside a founder before and understand the pace Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $30,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
