Project planning, monitoring, and risk mitigation. **SATORITECH is looking for a Delivery Manager in Coyoacán, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------- ### **Job Description** We are seeking a **Delivery Manager** with a strong technical background and leadership capabilities, able to ensure the proper execution of software development projects by coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning technological solutions with business objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products, optimizing processes, managing risks, and facilitating communication between technical teams and stakeholders. ### **Requirements** #### **Technical Experience** * Experience with programming languages such as **JavaScript, Python, Java, or .NET**. * Solid knowledge of software architecture (microservices, APIs). * Experience with cloud platforms (**AWS, Azure, or GCP**). * Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases. * Experience with QA practices (unit, integration, and E2E testing). * Knowledge of CI/CD and process automation. #### **Leadership Skills** * Experience leading development teams. * Ability to mentor and coach team members. * Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills. ### **Desirable** * Experience with software certification or validation processes. * Knowledge of application security and data protection. * Focus on user experience and product metrics. ### **Responsibilities** #### **1\. Technical Leadership and Decision-Making** * Guide the team in implementing scalable, high-quality technical solutions. * Participate in architectural decisions (microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL, etc.). * Ensure adherence to development best practices and code quality standards. #### **2\. Team Management** * Lead, mentor, and develop team talent. * Assign tasks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and goal achievement. * Foster a collaborative environment and resolve conflicts effectively. #### **3\. Project Management** * Plan, estimate, and monitor development projects. * Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks. * Prioritize initiatives based on business value. #### **4\. Communication and Collaboration** * Translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. * Produce clear and useful technical documentation. #### **5\.
