Your primary objective will be market entry and execution of the full commercial cycle. Role Mission Convert opportunities / qualified leads into customers by leading the sales process through to contract closure. You will be responsible for advancing each opportunity with sound judgment and strategic focus—deeply understanding customer needs, building trust, and clearly communicating Luca’s value proposition. This role is critical, as it entails executing a robust and flawless commercial process, managing multiple stakeholders, confidently handling objections, and driving each opportunity to conversion. Responsibilities * Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to contract signing. * Work with contacts provided by our prospecting team, while also building your own client portfolio through referrals, cold outreach, and on-the-ground relationship building. * Meet quota and report weekly on portfolio KPIs. * Build relationships with schools, establishing credibility, trust, and deep understanding of their needs. * Share relevant field insights with our product, growth, and operations teams. * Stay up to date on the latest sales trends and best practices. * Travel to meet schools in the city.
