Four blocks from Polanco Metro Station. **What We’re Looking For** * Minimum 2 years of experience as: Accounting Analyst, Accounting Assistant, Payroll Specialist, or Payroll Assistant. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (graduated or currently completing studies). * 1–2 years of experience administering payroll for 250–300 employees, including incident receipt, control, and review; payroll verification (ISR, IMSS contributions, Infonavit deductions); calculation and preparation of ISN, Fonacot loans, IMSS variability, bonuses, occupational risk assessments, vacation accruals, disability leave, etc. * 1–2 years of experience in payroll settlements and final payments (finiquitos), Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), Profit Sharing (PTU), and loan calculations (Infonavit, Fovissste, Fonacot). * 1–2 years of experience in tax reconciliations: Tax determination and filing, employer-employee contribution reporting.
