If you possess excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, and familiarity with one or more billing systems, this could be your opportunity! **CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE.** **Requirements:** Completed high school education — MANDATORY; preferably incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales tracking, and after-sales activities. Billing experience preferred, especially with any ERP system. EXCELLENT job stability **Responsibilities:** Track the sales process with our customers until product delivery. Generate invoices for sales and maintain follow-up until closure. Provide after-sales support for products, including handling returns or warranty claims where applicable. **Working Conditions:** Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays half-day (2 Saturdays per month). Location: Torre Balzac, Col. Santa María, Monterrey, N.L. Salary range: $10,000 to $14,000 MXN per month. Standard statutory benefits plus additional benefits. Opportunity for career advancement.
