Your talent can inspire an entire community—we are seeking: **Position Objective:** Organize and ensure the proper functioning of the Directorate, as well as integrate tasks related to public service, interaction with inter\-institutional bodies, transcription, minute-taking, interpretation of ideas, travel coordination, and programming and follow-up of Directorate activities. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Manage schedule control, travel expense tracking, and organization of special events. 2\. Carry out necessary arrangements to ensure implementation of plans, programs, and projects in which the position is involved by virtue of its responsibilities. 3\. Contact, as needed and on behalf of the Directorate, various stakeholders required for carrying out activities, achieving objectives, and implementing initiatives. 4\. Maintain communication with the Rectorate, Vice-Rectors, and Directors. 5\. Prepare travel reports, purchase reports, expense settlements, payment records, and reimbursement records (to suppliers, collaborators). **Essential Requirements:** Completed high school education Training in Secretarial Studies or Administration Three years of experience Writing skills Computer proficiency Basic English **We Offer:** Statutory benefits, meal card, and Life Insurance.
