Your mission will be to identify customers’ financial needs, offer appropriate solutions, and ensure a reliable and professional service experience. You will collaborate closely with various departments to monitor each transaction, ensure compliance with internal policies, and contribute to the growth of the credit portfolio. **Responsibilities** - Assist and advise customers on credit products and services. - Analyze credit applications and verify required documentation. - Monitor the approval, formalization, and design process. - Identify opportunities for loan disbursement and portfolio recovery. - Maintain consistent communication with customers to resolve inquiries and track their transactions. - Comply with company-established policies, procedures, and guidelines. - Record and update information in internal systems. - Support preventive collections management, where applicable. **Requirements** - Prior experience in customer service, financial sales, or credit disbursement. - Basic knowledge of financial products and credit analysis processes. - Ability to negotiate, communicate clearly, and build trust. - Proficiency with digital tools and administrative systems. - Results orientation and ability to work under performance targets. - Completed high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, or related fields is preferred. - Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and customer-service focus. **CV submission is mandatory for interview consideration**
