Our client is a company in the construction and project development sector, currently seeking a: COST ENGINEER Responsibilities: * Management of construction tenders, equipment, and facilities * Preparation of preliminary cost estimates for new stores * Development of parametric costs derived from project modifications * Management of progress payment estimates * Generation of administrative cost and material reports per square meter * Monitoring and control of construction budgets * Analysis of quantity take-offs and unit prices Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity take-offs and unit pricing * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency * Knowledge of AutoCAD * Experience with BIM5D or similar software * Experience with Neodata * Proficiency in Microsoft Project and PowerPoint * Flexible availability * Analytical mindset and attention to detail Offered: * Statutory benefits * Hybrid work arrangement * Excellent work environment and growth opportunities If you have experience in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and construction control, this could be an excellent opportunity to further develop your professional career within a company engaged in strategic projects and offering job stability.
