Job Summary: We are seeking CNC Operators and Programmers to program, operate, adjust, and supervise CNC machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality parts. Key Highlights: 1. Quality control and interpretation of technical drawings We are looking for CNC Operators and Programmers to work in industrial sector companies in Poland. Your primary responsibility will be to program, operate, adjust, and supervise CNC machinery to ensure the production of parts with quality and precision. RESPONSIBILITIES · Operation of CNC machines (lathe and/or machining center) · Loading and execution of programs · Tool assembly and replacement · Offset adjustment and basic corrections · Measurement verification using precision instruments · Interpretation of technical drawings · Quality control of produced parts · Compliance with industrial safety standards REQUIREMENTS · Technical and conversational English · Proven experience as a CNC operator or programmer · Experience in tool assembly and basic adjustments · Ability to read technical drawings · Proficiency in using measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.) · Availability to work shifts of 10 to 12 hours · Experience with FANUC, SIEMENS, or HAAS controls · Knowledge of basic programming (G-code) · Experience with multi-axis machining centers · Work with tight tolerances (±0\.01 mm) · Experience in mass production WE OFFER · Legal employment in Poland · 3-year contract · Hourly wage payment · Accommodation included · Medical insurance · Assistance with immigration procedures · Full-process support Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $31,000\.00 \- $38,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Medical expense insurance * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
